travel & trek in Patagonia, Aconcagua, Puna or Atacama, in Argentina

Privacy Policy. All your personal
information you send to us will be never released to anyone. We do not keep
this information in our Internet servers. We do not use cookies to collect
personal information.
Payment Method. We will contact
you by e-mail in the next business day to arrange all the necessary details.
When you are satisfied with every aspect of the trip you planned, we will
ask you for a 30% reservation deposit to confirm your place on the trip.
In case you have reserved with us the domestic flights you will have to
pay them 100%, adding to the 30% reservation, as Aerolineas Argentinas &
LAN require full payment to issue the domestic flight tickets. This advance
payment can be done through a bank deposit in our account at a USA bank.
You have to make the rest of the payment with another deposit 3 weeks before
departure or if you prefer to avoid two bank charges you can deposit all
the amount at once.
Cancellations. Due to the high
demand of these trips and our commitment to maintain them available in small
groups, we have this cancellation policy that gives you back your deposit
in case you tell us in advance that you cannot take the trip.
- All deposits are fully refundable in case you cancel your trip up to 61
days before the departure date.
- Between 60 and 46 days we will refund 50% of your deposit.
- Between 45 and 22 days we will refund 25% of your deposit.
- We are sorry but we cannot refund your deposit if you cancel your trip
in the last 21 days before the departure date. If you are worried about
having possible cancellations due to unexpected matters such as illness
or jobs we suggest you to get a cancellation insurance.

read !! IMPORTANT NOTE to receive our emails: We
will usually answer your e-mail in 24 Hs. If you don't receive our answer
please check that our e-mail addresses (all end with our domain, @patagoniaadventuretrip.com)
