We will start our adventure aboard dog sleds pulled by huskies, we shall enter the forest following a trail that leads us to the Lumberjack shelter (a small log cabin heated only by wood fires). We will say good bye to the Huskies here and strap on our snowshoes (these are essential as the depth of the snow is normally a meter in this area), our objective is the Alvear Ice falls and the Valley viewpoint. Returning to the shelter will be faster as it is all downhill to the Lumberjack cabin. After lunch, we will have free time for optional activities in the area. reach a panoramic point where we will stop for refreshments. We will then
return to Tierra Mayor valley to enjoy lunch. After lunch you will be free
to enjoy any of the activities offered at Tierra Mayor such as snow cats,
